Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of ORGANZIA, account creation, the SaaS subscription, and the services available to associations, members, parents, coaches, and administrators. The platform is developed, operated and made available by Jonathan Hamende under the trade name JH-IT Services, established at Try à Fourcha 1, 1430 Rebecq, Belgium, VAT BE0755.886.455.
1. Publisher and technical provider identification
ORGANZIA is developed and made available by Jonathan Hamende under the trade name JH-IT Services, Try à Fourcha 1, 1430 Rebecq, Belgium, VAT BE0755.886.455. JH-IT Services provides the service on a technical and commercial basis so organizations can manage their operations.
2. Purpose of the service
ORGANZIA is a SaaS platform for organizations. The service includes members, families, fees, classes, events, payments, documents, and notifications management.
3. Account and access
The organization is responsible for the people it authorizes to access its workspace. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared outside internal association rules.
4. Subscription
The subscription is billed at 349 EUR/an per organization, with 1 year free trial unless stated otherwise. Member count is unlimited.
5. Acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, respect members' privacy, and use the platform as intended.
6. Payments and invoicing
Payments can be managed online or manually depending on the enabled modules. Invoices, receipts, and payment history are stored within the organization account.
7. Service suspension
If the subscription expires, a payment fails, or a serious breach occurs, access may be suspended or restricted to read-only mode.
8. Refunds
SaaS subscriptions are billed annually and are not refunded pro rata after activation, except where required by law or by ORGANZIA’s express written agreement. Payments related to memberships, classes, or events are subject to the rules defined by the relevant organization. If ORGANZIA cancels a service or event, a refund or credit may be offered depending on the situation.
9. Data and responsibility
Each organization remains responsible for the data it enters, its accuracy, its updates, and the permissions granted to its administrators, parents, coaches, and members. JH-IT Services does not act as the controller for member data processed within the organization workspace; for those data, JH-IT Services acts as a technical processor under the organization’s instructions, except where a legal obligation requires otherwise.
