ORGANZIA is developed and made available by Jonathan Hamende under the trade name JH-IT Services, Try à Fourcha 1, 1430 Rebecq, Belgium, VAT BE0755.886.455. For member, family, coach, and internal user data processed within the organization workspace, the client association remains responsible for the processing. JH-IT Services acts as a technical processor under that organization’s instructions, except where a legal obligation requires otherwise.

2. Data collected

We may process identification, contact, subscription, payment, attendance, schedule, document, and activity log data.

3. Purposes

The data is used to provide the service, manage accounts, secure access, generate administrative documents, and enable the management modules.

4. Hosting and security

Data is hosted on ORGANZIA’s infrastructure, with tenant isolation, access control, logging, and application security measures.

5. Sharing data

Data is not sold and is not commercially disclosed to third parties. It may be processed by providers strictly necessary to run the service, such as hosting, email delivery, or payments, in accordance with the instructions of the client organization and applicable legal obligations. No member data is transmitted or shared with third parties without action, instruction, or validation from the relevant organization, except where required by law or when expressly necessary for the technical performance of the contract.

6. Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed for the service and applicable legal obligations. Organizations may request export or deletion according to the rules in force.

7. Data subject rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection to processing.
