For member, family, coach, and internal user data processed within the organization workspace, the client association remains responsible for the processing. JH-IT Services acts as a technical processor under that organization’s instructions, except where a legal obligation requires otherwise.

We may process identification, contact, subscription, payment, attendance, schedule, document, and activity log data.
3. Purposes
The data is used to provide the service, manage accounts, secure access, generate administrative documents, and enable the management modules.
