Each person with a confirmed course registration for the current season counts once, even across several courses. Parents, coaches and administrators without a registration, trials and waiting lists are excluded. Archiving a profile does not remove its season registration. Previous seasons are excluded. For courses without a season, only confirmed registrations within their access period count.
The plan is recalculated when the next renewal is prepared. No mid-year surcharge and no blocked registrations. Existing invoices remain unchanged.
Your agreed price stays unchanged regardless of member count, including at renewal.

Activated separately from your club workspace. The first period is prorated for the remaining time. The amount is shown before confirmation.
You can still report these without subscribing to paid assistance.
VAT is additional where applicable. Any fees charged by the club’s payment providers are not included.
The trial covers the platform; optional assistance has its own terms.
Established clubs entitled to complimentary assistance keep their access at 0 €.

How much does it cost for my club?
The licence starts at 499 €/year excluding VAT for up to 250 members. The next tiers cover 750 and 1,500 members; larger clubs need a quote. Features are identical. Assistance is optional and billed separately.
What does the assistance module cover?
It provides help with usage and configuration, tracked through tickets. It is optional and its annual price is listed separately. Bug, billing and security reports remain accessible without it. Eligible established clubs keep their complimentary assistance.
How does licence renewal work?
Annual renewal is enabled by default and can be disabled by the club. When renewal is active and billing details are complete, an invoice is prepared two weeks before expiry. The next period begins on its scheduled date, after payment confirmation. Disabling renewal does not cancel an already issued invoice.
