Annual renewal is enabled by default and can be disabled by the club. When renewal is active and billing details are complete, an invoice is prepared two weeks before expiry. The next period begins on its scheduled date, after payment confirmation. Disabling renewal does not cancel an already issued invoice.

Yes, the website is designed for phones, and the mobile app provides the functions available in the installed version. New web features are not necessarily in the app yet; they may require a mobile update.

Yes, member import is available. Check the columns and data before confirming the import. You can also start with a few profiles and add more gradually.

No. One account can access several clubs where it is authorised. Data and permissions remain specific to each club.
