How do I get started with my club?
Create the club workspace and your manager account, without a bank card. Then import members, prepare classes and enable modules at your own pace.
How much does it cost for my club?
The licence starts at 499 €/year excluding VAT for up to 250 members. The next tiers cover 750 and 1,500 members; larger clubs need a quote. Features are identical. Assistance is optional and billed separately.
What does the assistance module cover?
It provides help with usage and configuration, tracked through tickets. It is optional and its annual price is listed separately. Bug, billing and security reports remain accessible without it. Eligible established clubs keep their complimentary assistance.
Does a parent need an account to be registered?
No. You can record a parent’s details without creating an account. Access can be linked or invited when needed. The same person can also be a member, parent and coach, depending on their assigned permissions.
What if our club only wants members and attendance?
You can enable the useful modules and customise the dashboard. You don’t have to show financial widgets or use every tool from day one.
How does licence renewal work?
Annual renewal is enabled by default and can be disabled by the club. When renewal is active and billing details are complete, an invoice is prepared two weeks before expiry. The next period begins on its scheduled date, after payment confirmation. Disabling renewal does not cancel an already issued invoice.
Stronger protection for your club account
Organzia supports email two-step verification (MFA) and modern passkeys to better protect sign-ins.
- Email two-step verification (MFA) — A one-time code adds a check alongside your password. You can remember a trusted device for 30 days.
- Sign in with a passkey — Confirm your sign-in by unlocking your device: with a fingerprint, face recognition or a code, depending on your device and browser.
Activation depends on the account and rollout schedule. Passkeys require a compatible device and browser; they do not depend solely on the Organzia app.
